What We're About
At the Wholistic Wellness Clinic, we strive to help
people better understand the
importance of the mind/body
connection to their health care.
We believe
a wholistic approach to
wellness is necessary. Typically,
you see that word spelled “holistic” rather than “wholistic.” The
latter more accurately reflects
what we do at Wholistic Wellness
Clinic. We look at the whole person
(not the “hole”) and then
craft a treatment plan.
Wholistic Wellness is a
fee-for-service practice. We will
provide the insurance forms you
need to submit to your insurance
provider, if you choose.

Julie Seckman - Nutrition Specialist and Fitness
Professional
Throughout my life, fitness and nutrition have been my driving force—the reason behind my decision to pursue athletic training at San Diego State University as well as to become an ACE-Gold Certified Health and Fitness Specialist, Golf Conditioning Coach and Nutrition Specialist. It also led to Dr. Cooper and I developing our new nutrition and diet protocol, Nutrition Response Testing ™. My passion continues to grow as I witness patients improve their quality of life by incorporating nutritional supplements, dietary changes and fitness into their daily routine. I feel blessed to be part of an organization that helps people to feel better.
Sally Koenigs - Office and Chiropractic Assistant
I have a Bachelor of Art degree from the University of Iowa. I worked in the retail industry, but took time off to raise my now school-age children. As I learn more about the health field, I realize that rarely does a patient have one specific problem. Often, it’s a series of connected medical issues that cannot all be addressed with one type of treatment. Wholistic Wellness addresses the health of each patient with a wider scope, focusing on physical, mental, and emotional issues to provide as much care as possible. That's the way I like to approach my relationships with friends, family, and our patients so the clinic is a good fit for me.
Nicole Kress - Licensed Massage Therapist
I became a Licensed Massage Therapist through Capri College. I also have a strong background in fitness and exercise and have worked with many people as a personal trainer. I thoroughly enjoy my work at Wholistic Wellness because of our emphasis on the whole person. I love seeing the difference we can make in people’s lives as we help them to regain—and/or maintain—their ideal health. I have learned so much through my work here—both from my colleagues and from our patients.
Theresa Gries - Patient Advocate
For five years, I worked in the fitness industry in a variety of positions, from personal trainer to group fitness instructor to an assistant manager. I always knew, though, that there was so much more to achieving a healthy body than merely working out. That’s why I was excited to come to work at Wholistic Wellness. As a patient advocate, I help patients answer any questions they have on their quest to wellness. Here, we have everything a patient might need, all under one roof. I’m amazed at the gamut of services we offer. It’s been satisfying to help others on their road to health, as well as to find the right nutrition and wellness program for me and my family.
Leah Willis - Front Desk Manager
Before coming to Wholistic Wellness, I worked in several different healthcare settings. As the front desk manager, I’ll help you schedule an appointment, order supplements, or get answers to your questions. My goal is to make sure our office looks great and runs smoothly—for you as well as my coworkers. My job runs the gamut, from administrative duties to assisting with acupuncture, Ion Cleanses and muscle stimulation. I work to create an enjoyable, relaxing atmosphere where our focus everyday is to help you feel better and promote your overall wellness. ed, all under one roof. I’m amazed at the gamut of services we offer. It’s been satisfying to help others on their road to health, as well as to find the right nutrition and wellness program for me and my family.
